Turnkey Groundwater De-Ironing Technology
In many regions of Sri Lanka—including Gampaha, Colombo, Kalutara, Kurunegala, Anuradhapura, and Puttalam—tube well water contains dissolved ferrous iron (Fe2+) in concentrations exceeding 1.0 to 10.0 mg/L. When exposed to air, this oxidizes into reddish-brown insoluble ferric hydroxide, causing yellow staining on bathroom fixtures, ruined laundry, clogged pipe networks, and unacceptable drinking taste.
Our specialized Iron Removal Plants utilize a proven 4-stage process: Forced Aeration & Air Injection → Catalytic Oxidation Media (Birm / Manganese Greensand / DMI-65) → Heavy Sediment & Turbidity Filtration → Activated Carbon Taste Polish. The output is clear, sparkling, odor-free drinking water.
